Privacy policy

Who we are

KiC Solutions Inc. is a Canadian-based IT consulting company. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Questions about privacy can be sent to info@kicsol.com.

What we collect

When you use the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, organization (optional), email address, the topic you select and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web host keeps standard technical server logs, such as IP addresses and request times, to operate and secure the site.

Why we collect it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that engagement. We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing purposes.

Where it is stored

This website is hosted by Netlify, which receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our business email. Netlify is based in the United States, so form submissions may be processed and stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that country. Our business email provider also stores the messages we receive.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted periodically. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it. Email info@kicsol.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or the privacy commissioner in your province.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
